Disclaimer of Delivery Liability:

All delivery services are contingent upon availability, including stock availability. Delivery dates are provided as non-guaranteed estimates, reflecting our estimated working days required for order delivery. Mommies & Babies disclaims any responsibility and does not offer compensation for losses arising from late or delayed deliveries.

Processing Time:

Orders placed on Mummies and Babies are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times might be extended during busy periods.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs. During the checkout process, you can choose from 2-3 days or Next Day delivery.

Shipping Costs:

UK - Our Carrier will deliver between 8am - 8pm (Mon-Sat) Excluding Bank Holidays

  1. Standard 2-3 Days: £4.99
  2. Next Day: £6.99 - Order Before 1pm to receive your order the following working day.
  3. Next Day (Special Delivery by 1pm) - Order must be placed before 3pm for next working day delivery)
  4. Sat/Sun: £14.99 - Order Before 1pm on Friday/Saturday to receive your order.

EU (European Union)

  1. Standard - 2-10 Days: £19.99

International

Various, depending on the location (will calculate at checkout). Please Note: you are liable for the duty and taxes in your country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep. Throughout the designated delivery timeframe, you can expect to receive direct communication from the courier. 

Customs and Import Duties:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees might apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Should you need to modify your order or cancel it, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once an order has been processed and shipped, adjustments may be limited.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your items securely, rare instances of damage during transit might occur. If your package arrives damaged or fails to reach you, kindly notify us, and we will work to address the situation.

Delivered Not Received

The delivery is expected to be completed within the timeframe specified by the delivery service you selected and paid for. If the item has not been delivered and the expected delivery time has exceeded by 24 hours, please contact us within the following 24 hours. Failure to notify us within this period will result in the order being considered successfully delivered."

Alternatively, the carrier may arrange delivery to a neighbouring address or designate a secure location on your property.
