I did email customer service to get this sorted but when we opened the box the labubus head was off the body. Obviously isnt their fault, but the non response for a replacement or refund isnt good customer service
We ordered sets before we love them so much they are cut and the machine socks too cute!
But I’m not sure about sizes we had 1st set 6-9 months and now I’ve ordered 1-2 years there is no much difference between them so could be better with the size because the tops not very big.
But still cute
Ecatky what i ordered love it
Wxactly what ordered live it
Product arrived and was far to small than the size i purchased. I purchased 18mnths and it was like a 9mnths size. Emailed customer services the same day to return items to swap for bigger size (wasnt after a refund) and i've heard absolutely nothing from them.
Product however is good quality and well made, just a shame of the size (if ordering definitely order the next size up your after)
opened the box, removed from the packet inside and within minutes the head fell off the doll.
Literally threw it in the bin
