Damages, Delivery Commitment and Customer Responsibilities
Receipt of Defective or Damaged Items:
Should you receive an item that exhibits defects or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us on mommiesnbabies50@gmail.com immediately on the same day you receive your order. Along with your notification, kindly provide images clearly showing the defect or damage, as well as a photo of the package or box in which the item was delivered. This documentation is crucial for us to determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or if it pertains only to the contents within the package.
Please return the defective or damaged items to us following our instructions. Upon receipt and verification of the condition of the items, we will process your refund accordingly.
Important: If no communication is received from you regarding the defective or damaged item on the day of delivery, we regret that we cannot take responsibility or issue a refund for the item.
Damage or Missing Items in Delivery Box/Package
In the event that the delivery box or package appears damaged or items are missing upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse the delivery. By accepting the delivery, the customer acknowledges that they waive any right to make a claim for any damaged or missing items. Once the package is accepted, the customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the items and will not be able to file a claim for damages or missing items.
Receipt of Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an item that does not align with your order, please promptly inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly make arrangements to dispatch the correct item to you or issue a complete refund, in line with your preference."
Delivery Timelines: All deliveries are contingent upon the specific delivery service selected at the time of purchase. For orders with the £6.99 next-day delivery option, delivery will be made on the next working day, provided that the order is placed before 3 PM. For the £4.99 delivery option, delivery will occur within 2-3 working days, again contingent upon the order being placed before 3 PM.
Communication and Tracking: We will send all pertinent delivery communications to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor these communications and track the delivery status. Customers are encouraged to be vigilant in checking for updates and preparing for the arrival of their order.
Missed, Unattended, or Misplaced Deliveries: In cases where a delivery is missed, the parcel is left unattended, or if it is left in a location deemed unsafe by the customer, and subsequently goes missing, the customer must report the issue on the same day the parcel is marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking system. Failure to promptly report such incidents will absolve us of any responsibility for the lost or missing parcel.
Authorized Communication for Return Requests
To ensure the efficient processing of your return, all return requests must be submitted exclusively via email. We will not accept return requests made through any other form of communication. Requests not submitted through the prescribed email channel will not be acknowledged or processed.
Lost Parcels
In the event that a parcel is lost in transit by the carrier, we will initiate a claim with the shipping provider on your behalf. Please note that a refund will only be processed once the claim has been investigated and resolved by the carrier.
We aim to resolve such cases within 14 days, however, depending on the carrier’s investigation process, it may take up to 28 days for the matter to be fully resolved.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and accept responsibility for the receipt and safety of your delivered items under the conditions stated above.
Please Note: It is customer's responsibility to gather all the information right away such as photos and videos of the damaged box, missing contents, name of the recipient to process a claim, if not then we cannot accept any liability. Evidence must be provided.

The following items are non-refundable:

- Accessories (Socks, Tights, Hair Clips, Headbands, Hats)
- Discounted Items: Any items that have been bought using a discounted code.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your own costs, and once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund. Please make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Conditions for a Refund
- Return Period: You must contact us and initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order and making sure we receive the item/s back in this timeline.
- Original Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Refund Process: Our refund policy includes approval or rejection notification upon inspection. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Additionally, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card code, equivalent to the refund amount, with no validity date restriction for added convenience. Contact us for further assistance.
- Approved Refunds: All items should be returned to us within 14 days (our return policy) and we may ask for receipt and tracking number to ensure its in line with our t&c's. Failure to return within 14 days will result in declined on refund.
- Return Shipping: If the return is not due to our error (e.g., defective, or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note we do not offer return labels.

Failed Deliveries: If the carrier is not able to deliver due to severe weather or incorrect address used by the customer or customer is not available. Please note Delivery costs for failed deliveries for returns will be charged to the customer.
- Refused Delivery: if the item has been refused by the customer upon delivery (without our consent to refuse delivery) the customer is responsible for the delivery costs and returns costs.
- Overseas Deliveries: if the duty/customs is expected at the borders, it is solely customers responsibility to pay and have the items processed. if the items are returned due to customer not willing to pay the duty/customs at the borders, delivery costs + returns costs will be applied.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In addition to the preceding terms, when shipping items to the European Union, you possess the prerogative to withdraw or return your order within a 14-day period, without the need for justification, for any reason whatsoever. As stipulated earlier, your item must remain in an unaltered state, devoid of wear or usage, inclusive of all attached tags, and preserved within its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you retain the receipt or a verifiable proof of purchase.
